Dwight is hands down the best host we have ever stayed with on all platforms. He truly makes you feel like family from the time you arrive and throughout your stay. You can tell he does this out of joy of entertaining and having others enjoy all that the area has to offer. He truly wants people to make memories. We will definitely be regulars. Thank you Dwight for sharing your sweet home with us and for all the little thoughtful details!!

Dwight and Jacquie are really attentive hosts. You can use their boats and enjoy the water. The wild life and serenity along Dunn's creek is nice. We have stayed at several rental homes since we retired and their home is one of the best equipped. High end appliances, coffee, condiments they really try and improve each time we stay with them. The bedrooms have several outlets available on each side of the beds. The small bathroom sink in one of the bathrooms is a minus, but it is an extra bathroom. We will continue to book with them whenever we are in the area. Palatka has Leo's a fabulous sushi restaurant combined with a decent Chinese buffet. It is a cannot miss place if you like sushi.

Dwight has a passion for hosting people and creating a memorable experience. Every detail has been thought through to make for an easy trip. charging cords, flashlights, instructions, cookware, utensils, linens, soap, paper towels, outdoor activities, an infinity game table - show up with a change of clothes and Dwight pretty much provides the rest. I will 100% book again in the future.

My kids really enjoyed the camper. They thought the loft area was awesome. When we got to the camper, Dwight had brought and left some fresh produce for us. He later brought stuff for roasting smores (weather didn’t permit). The description of the camper and everything included was 100% accurate. He sat and talked with us for alittle bit when we first got there. Gave us all kinds of recommendations. Anytime I messaged him, he would respond within minutes. We were given a gift as a keepsake from our trip and stay there. We’re already planning our next trip and will definitely stay with Dwight again! The only downside was distance to St Augustine. But I was aware of that prior to booking so it’s no fault of Dwight. Only thing I’ll do differently next time, is plan to be there longer.

The River House is absolutely adorable. We came for our Anniversary and thoroughly enjoyed the place! Communication was great and ongoing to make sure we had everything we needed! Dwight is the best host EVER!

We spent four wonderful days at Dwight’s property in Satsuma. We were impressed that every need was met and that the host was always attentive, responding within minutes. He is by far the best host we’ve ever had. We really enjoyed the peacefulness of the place, the amenities, and of course, the fishing. We will definitely return.
